Collecting
ICT operational data;
Installing
and configuring ICT end user devices;
Installing,
updating and configuring operating and application software;
Troubleshooting,
diagnosing and solving network, software and hardware issues;
Providing
ICT end user support;
Repairing
and maintaining ICT equipment and associated peripherals;
